After martial law declaration on 13.12.1981 by the Jaruzelski's regime made sermons and homilies critical to the Commie‐Nazi authorities.
On the second day of Christmas 1982 beaten, tortured (according to some sources gagged, tied to a chair, beaten with baton over the head) and murdered — strangled (according to some sources had throat cut) — prob. by members of Special Disintegration Group „D” — Commie‐Nazi thug band functioning within the structure of the‐then Ministry of Interior of Russian republic prl (murderous Polish Security Police SB had opened a case against him under „Peter” codename).

Martial law of 1981: Martial law declared on 13.12.1981 by Russian controlled Polish Commie‐Nazi party and army of the Russian republic prl — under the leadership of an organized crime group led by General Wojciech Jaruzelski — aimed to liquidate the independent, sels‐governing trade union NSZZ «Solidarity». During c. 8 years of martial law regulations Security Police SB, Polish Commie‐Nazi unit of Russian NKVD, murdered over 100 activists of «Solidarity».
