During the Martial Law introduced by the Commie‐Nazi regime of W. Jaruzelski on 13.12.1982, arrested by the Commie‐Nazi Security Services SB, the Polish unit of the Russian KGB.

and accused in 1982 of participating in murder of a policeman — in his rectory the gun from which the functionary was accidentally killed by young people, his parishioners, members of „Polish Clandestine Armed Forces” in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, was found.

Beaten and threatened with death.

Inmate in the Remand Prison in Warsaw.

On 08.09.1982, sentenced by the Court of the Warsaw Military District to 4 years' imprisonment.

On 19.11.1982, the Commie‐Nazi Supreme Court increased the sentence to 6 years.

Held in prisons in Braniewo, and then in Barczewo.

No possibility of celebrating Holy Mass, religious practice and pastoral service towards fellow prisoners.

In 1984‐1985 subjected to more stringent punishment — for 9 months placed in solitary confinement.

10.10.1986 released (under amnesty).

After release, the chaplain of the Warsaw District of the independence opposition organization KPN.

Persecuted by the Commie‐Nazi SB.

In 03.1989 attacked by a few bandits — a vodka was poured into him.

Few month later murdered — the body showed signs of truncheon blows but official verdict was „accidental death from excessive consumption of alcohol”.

Martial law of 1981: Martial law declared on 13.12.1981 by Russian controlled Polish Commie‐Nazi party and army of the Russian republic prl, aimed to liquidate the independent trade union „Solidarity”. During c. 8 years of martial law regulations Security Police SB, Polish Commie‐Nazi unit of Russian NKVD, murdered over 100 activists of „Solidarity”.
