In 1982 accused of participating in murder of a policeman — in his rectory the gun from which he was accidentally killed by young people was found. Sentenced to 6 years in prison. Released in 1886. Since then permanently harassed by Commi–Nazi SB, Polish unit of Russian KGB. Tortured. Chaplain to the opposition KPN organization. In 03.1989 attacked by a few bandits — a vodka was poured into him. Few month later murdered — the body had traces of truncheon blows but official verdict was „accidental death from excessive consumption of alcohol”.

During c. 8 years of martial law regulations Security Police SB, Polish Commie–Nazi unit of Russian NKWD, murdered over 100 activists of "Solidarity".
