On 29.12.1951 moved into a rectory by St Peter and Paul church in Krynica Zdrój, left out by Ukrainian Greek–Catholic church.
The same building Polish commi–nazi party, Russian governors of Poland, had in sight.
He got a demand to leave the rectory.
Refused.
Provocateurs appeared, started to be permanently harassed, day and night was under surveillance.
At night, under the windows of the rectory noisy tractors were being run.
Despite protests harassments continued.
After one such incident got a heart attack and perished.
