In 1970‐1970‐1985 regarded by the Polish–language Commie‐Nazi Security Police SB as a candidate for collaborator.
After declaration of the martial law on 13.12.1981 by the Russian mercenary Adalbert Jaruzelski's regime warned activists of clandestine «Solidarity» movement about possible infiltration by the SB.
Alive seen last time on 15.06.1985 when left home on a some purchases errand.
His body was found on 20.06.1985 in a forest n. Zabłudów, c. 25 km from Narew where ministered as parish priest.
His car with a broken key in an ignition was found in aforementioned Zabłudów.
According to official version committed suicide by hanging but signs of beating up on his body were never explained.

Martial law of 1981: Martial law declared on 13.12.1981 by Russian controlled Polish Commie‐Nazi party and army of the Russian republic prl — under the leadership of an organized crime group led by General Wojciech Jaruzelski — aimed to liquidate the independent, sels‐governing trade union NSZZ «Solidarity». During c. 8 years of martial law regulations Security Police SB, Polish Commie‐Nazi unit of Russian NKVD, murdered over 100 activists of «Solidarity».
