1945 June 11, Łańcut — Fragment of the report of the head of the Investigation Department of the County MO Headquarters in Łańcut, Jan Zwoliński for the Social and Political Department of the County Office in Łańcut about the murder of two Ukrainian women:
„I report that on June 7 this year. at. 6 in the morning Katek Weronika, residing in In the Kraczkowa group, on her way from home to the town of Łańcut, in the field she came across two bodies. After receiving the report of the above–mentioned, the Investigative Office in Łańcut went to the place of the victims and found that the female prisoners had been kidnapped into the field under the guise of a walk and had been murdered in the right place and time. The women were of Ukrainian nationality and most likely were murdered on the grounds of robbery, as evidenced by the removal of clothes from the murdered”.
