„On the day when we were with Kordowski and the village administrator about these cows [in Chodorówka], Władysław Stanisław's son came to the mayor of Sikor and told Kordowski that he caught a Ukrainian on the road. Kordowski identified this Ukrainian, then ordered Sikora Władysław and Kucoń Stanisław to lead the Ukrainian to the forest and shoot what they had done. I learned from Tadeusz's Osypanka that the above–mentioned Sikora Władysław and Kuc Stanisław shot a Ukrainian woman in this way also in the forest”.

„Then in the spring of 1945, on the orders of Kordowski 'Stach', I went with Bukowiński, Szymański, Kossakowski, Szałajka Franciszek, Tereszczak and Pieniążek Kazimierz and Pilip Władysław (now in the west), we were all armed with firearms (I had an typescript machine gun, owned by Pilip Henryk) to the village of Costowa, Przemyśl poviat, and here we took two men from a house unknown to me, indicated by Pieniążek Kazimierz, whom we led everyone under the Parasol, a mountain in the village of Chodorówka with their belongings, which they had with them as visitors, and here, i.e. under the Parasol, I shot one and the other man was shot by Szałajko Franciszek with a pistol, because Kossakowski, who wanted to shoot the other, jammed the machine. The others were with us during the murder of those mentioned and took part only in burying the corpses, but I took the documents of the murdered and gave them to Kordowski. We shared the things of the murdered with Szymański at home and I got pants  […]
Then, in the spring of 1945, Kośmider Eugeniusz from Bachórz brought two men to the road in Chodorówka with their belongings and met me, that is Gąska Jan, Siwski Jan, now at West, Bukowińskie Władysław, Bielec Mieczysław, and one of the two is Szymański or Kossakowski, I don't remember exactly that. All of the above were with weapons, I had a parabellum pistol. So, together with Kośmider Eugeniusz, we took these two men and led them to Recepta, a mountain in the village of Chodorówka, where I shot one of the men, and the other Siwski Jan, and we shared the things, from which I got pants, a shirt and bristles, the rest took part in burying of these corpses, they were with us during the shooting  […]
After that, I do not remember anything else, but I want to add that when we took two men from Costowa and shot them under the 'Parasol', a woman was also taken who she walked with these men, which I personally shot from the MP”.

Excerpt from Mieczysław Żeńczak's testimony about the murder of a Ukrainian, Maria Maksio in Bachórz–Chodorówka, by members of the Home Army in Dynów:
„In April 1945, I received an order from Kordowski nom‑de‑guerre 'Stach' to take people and liquidate Maksio Maria from Chodorówka, who returned from Germany and scared the employees of the municipal office in Dynów and the village administrator Sikora Jan from Bachórz with the departure to Siberia. She wanted a field and a meadow left by her Ukrainian father, who was deported abroad. The sentence was handed down by Kordowski after the intervention of the mayor of Sikora Jan. That evening, I took Tadeusz's Osypanka, Aleksander's Siekańc and Edmund's Chrobak, and we went to Maria Maksio's house, where Koszelnik Wawrzyniec and his family, whom we ordered to enter the chamber, also lived. Then we entered the apartment with Tadeusz Osypanka, we told Maksio Maria to get dressed and take his things and come with us. Chrobak and Siekujec were in front of Maria Maksi's house, asking where to go with us. She took two suitcases with a wardrobe and went with us. We told her that we were going to the commander to clarify the matter of this field. We led her to a field near Laskowska road. Tazm we shot [her] with a P‑38 pistol. Chrobak Edmund had no guns, the three of us had guns. Her things were divided, but I took the jewelry that was to be sold by Kordowski for organizational purposes, but Kordowski stated that it was imitation jewelry and gave me back”.

„Question: «What can you explain about the murder at Krupa's house?»
Answer: «As for the murder at Krupa Tadeusz in Chodorówka, I can to explain that in the summer of 1945, I do not remember the date, three women came from the station in Bachórz, who were returning from Germany, and probably came from the village of Costowa, Przemyśl poviat. On the night of the same day, unknown perpetrators came and kidnapped these women with their suitcases. Later, King Zofia and Olecka, who lived in Chodorówka, told me that her neighbor, Pilawy Franciszka, who lived in Chodorówka, told her, that she heard how these women were led away from Krupa Mateusz, they shouted loudly in the fields for help  […] »
Question: «What can you explain, what activity was conducted by Bukowiński Władysław?»
Answer: «Bukowiński Władysław  […] in the summer of 1945, I do not remember closer to the date, on the main road in Chodorówka, in front of Bielec Wojciech's house, he detained a very young woman, whom he identified as along the way and looked at her bundle she was carrying. He looked at her things and took the woman with him, taking her to the house of Szałajka Franciszek, son of Jan, who lived in Chodorówka. There she was said to have been locked in a basement. I watched all this on purpose, from the afternoon hours in the summer to the evening, this woman from Szałajka Franciszka's house did not leave. On the same day, Pilip Władysław traveled to the village of Costowa as a messenger. He was to find out if the woman was not Ukrainian and, as I heard later, he allegedly later stated that the woman was Ukrainian and she was executed because no one knew she would leave the place»”.
