In the village of Wólka Żmijowska, poviat Jaworów, in the period between 1943 and January 31, 1946, [the Ukrainians] murdered Teodor Lesiak b. 1892, Michał Piątkowski b. 1925, Jan Piątkowski b. 1876, Michał Semczuk b. 1912, Wojciech Stopyra b. 1876.

Our delegation in Jaworów informs us that from March 31 to April 1, in the village of Wólka Żmijowska [Jaworów], bandits kidnapped Pokraków, Lorenców, Mazepów and Semczuk families. In total, 24 people were murdered.
