Ukrainians murdered 1 Pole. „The case files show that the murder of Marceli G. was committed by unknown men of Ukrainian nationality and was aimed at the destruction of the Polish nationals living in this area, and the perpetrators — as it appears from the preliminary findings — undertook a joint, one of many in this area, criminal action dictated by the same motive and reasons. It was shown that their behavior bore all the hallmarks of the crime of genocide”.
