Wielopole

Fragment of the field report of Stepan Golasz 'Mar', the SB‑OUN clerk of the 'Beskid' district, about the murder of the Citizens' Militia officers from Zagórze in a Ukrainian from Wielopole:
9.7. 1946. The MO from Zagórze arrested a deserter from the Mychajłyszyn M. sotnya in the village of Wielopole, on charges of stealing horses. On the way, he tried to escape and was injured. The wounded MO finished off with rifle butts and treading on him until the insides went out of him. They left the dying person on the road. This deserter and informer was liquidated by MO because they had a partnership with him: They were picking up and selling stolen goods from him”.

Wielopole

Excerpt from the situation report of Stepan Golasz 'Mar', the OUN clerk from the Beskid district about the murder of a Ukrainian from Wielopole by MO officers:
On August 29, 1946 at 4 p.m. Two policemen from the MO in Zagórze arrested Jarosław Krajnik (a trader) in the village of Wielkopole. On the way, they stopped in Zagórz to a tavern, where they drank vodka for 270 zlotys, for which the prisoner paid. Then the deputy commander Marek led the detainee out to the yard and killed him with a burst from an automatic machine”.
