The UPA dressed in NKVD uniforms, under the pretext of registering for the army, gathered 46 Poles, locked them in a wooden shed, poured kerosene and set fire to them, all burned alive, and a group of several dozen Ukrainian youth gathered nearby danced for joy, when a desperate scream and groan came from the shed, they called for Ukrainian: „Pray fervently to your God, maybe a miracle will happen and you will be alive”.
