Szczodrochoszcze

UPA militants murdered a Polish family: a teacher, his wife and two children. „In May 1943, UPA militants burst into his house and murdered him with his wife and two children. It went down in the memory of The local Ukrainians who decided that his figure should be commemorated. They placed an obelisk near the school in the village, on which they placed the inscription: «In memory of the school's headmaster murdered by unknown perpetrators in 1943»”.
