Leather and his 17‑year‑old son were tortured to death by the Banderites. They made my father dance to the rhythm of a Ukrainian melody played from a gramophone, during which they beat him with hooks, rifle butts, sticks and revolver handles, kicked him, broke his arms and legs, smashed his head, and massacred his face. They dragged him dead to the yard. „at the same time, another group of Banderites abused his son. They beat him with clubs, pitchfork, orcas, and one of the torturers with a spade. It took quite a long time. The boy kept showing signs of life. The torturers, tired of this beating, stopped. Then the one with the spade dealt a few blows with the spade on the head and neck until the boy stopped moving. Moments after dealing with the victims, several Bandera followers brought a naked woman to the yard. I saw her through the window. She stood with her hands around her breast, holding her clothes and trying to cover herself with it. One of the bandits approached her and started hitting her with his fists, the other hit her a few times with an orc. after being beaten, the perpetrators led her into the field and murdered her there. One of them cut her head off with a saber and, after entering the room, reported «to Chmiel» that after beheading her head, the woman had taken a few more steps and fell. The woman's body was covered with straw and burned with”.
