The UPA murdered a Ukrainian, Sergey Czobotar, with his family and two Polish women from the village of Radowicze, county Kowel, each with two children, i.e. 28‑year‑old Katarzyna Kułakowska with 8‑year‑old son Jan and 4‑year‑old daughter Stanisława, and 36‑year‑old Katarzyna Młynek with her daughter Teresa and 8‑year‑old son Edward. Earlier, Czobotar took these two families he knew with him, hid them for some time on his farm, and then crossed the Bug River, where they were caught by Ukrainian policemen and handed over to the Somin UPA; 6 Poles and 4 The Ukrainians were killed in total.
