Solina

They murdered 11 Poles and burned their houses. and: „UPA militia from «Brodycza» sotnya approached Solina and from the side of the hamlet of Dział and the manor house. Six rural buildings were set on fire and ten inhabitants of the village of Solina were murdered. On the left bank of the San River, in the hamlet of Podkaliszcze, the farm buildings of the following residents were burnt: Cmokiewicz Michał, Podkalicki andrzej, Pawłowski Wojciech, Luc Józef, Podkalicki andrzej, Podkalicki Józef. They died then:
— Andrzej Podkalicki, s/o Marcin, b. 1906, he was 39 years old
— Lubas Stanisław, s/o Tekla, b. 1915, he was 30 years old
— Podkalicki Michał, s/o Józef, b. 1912, he was 33 years old
— Andrzej Podkalicki, s/o Wojciech, b. 1928, he was 17 years old
— Orłowski Wojciech, s/o Wojciech, b. 1902, he was 43 years old
— Fundanicz Wojciech, s/o Michał, b. 1904, he was 41 years old
— Tkaczyszyn Michał, s/o Antoni, b. 1909, he was 3 years old
— Jan Podkalicki, s/o Józef, b. 1871, he was 74 years old
— Kozdrowski Michał, s/o Eliasz, b. 1911, he was 34 years old
— Orłowska anna, d/o Michał, b. 1907, she was 38 years old.
The funeral ceremony of the murdered took place on October 5, 1945, and the bodies were buried in the common grave (No. 44) at the cemetery in Solina
