The Ukrainians from a neighboring village brutally murdered the Bulkowski (Bułkiecki?) Family. Witnesses remembered, among others Their daughter, 22‑year‑old Maria, severely mutilated, was dying for several hours in agony in the field. Their neighbor NN was also murdered. After May 1, the Ukrainian mayor invited the Billewicz family to return, ensuring their safety, he welcomed the returning people with the Ukrainians from Sadki with bread and salt, and after a few days the UPA murdered the family, i.e. 6 people, except for Marian Bilewicz, who happened to be outside the house. In total, the Ukrainians murdered at least 33 Poles in Sadki.
