Przysłup
Stefan Borek–Prek, in issue 8 of Bieszczad from 2001, writes that in the summer of 1944 „the mother and sister of the UPA band fell victim to the mother and sister of Mr. Grega – an accountant from the Wetlina Forest District, the wife of Mr. Hankus – a forester from Berehy Górne, two foresters from Wisłok Wielki, all family of former border guard from Przysłup and others”. Stanisław Kryciński claims that in the summer of 1944, Michalski and his son „were shot dead in Przysłup by some” partisan unit. He was the former commander of the Border Guard, and during the occupation he collected a contingent for the Germans. „Immediately afterwards, the rest of his family left Przysłup”.
