Fr Grodzicki Michał. „In 06.1943 The Ukrainians from the genocidal OUN / UPA robbed and burned down the village of Radów, where he was the parish priest. On August 3, 1943 they burned down the parish church of st. Ignacy Loyola in Radów. Therefore, in 06.1943 he left the parish and stayed in Dubno for several months. Then he left for the Przemyśl diocese and became the administrator of the Wierzbna parish. In 07.1944 he took refuge in nearby Ożańsk from the approaching Russian front. There, he was seriously wounded in the neck – during front–line fights (according to other sources, he was shot by the OUN / UPA in the cemetery during the funeral of a partisan). He died in the hospital in Przeworsk”.
