Excerpt from the situation report of the PUBP manager in Jarosław, Lieutenant Tadeusz Ochocki on April 27, 1945, about the murder of 5 Ukrainians in Pruchnik by unknown persons:
„On April 21, 1945, a terrorist gang committed a murderous attack in the town of Pruchnik, where they murdered the Nyżnyk family, consisting of five people of Ukrainian nationality”.

1946 March 26, Jarosław — Fragment of the situation report of the PUBP manager in Jarosław for the period March 16 — March 26, 1946:
„On March 21, 1946 at 9 p.m. 6 unknown perpetrators armed with pistols broke into Władysław's apartment Sebastowski, a Ukrainian residing in Pruchnik. Sebastowski tried to escape at the sight of the bandits, then shots were fired from the bandits, as a result of which Sebastowski was killed”.
