In the village of Polanki, county Hrubieszów, the UPA robbed and burned the colony and murdered 18 Poles of different sex and age.

POLANKI – colony, Werbkowice commune: On October 10, 1943, the UPA gang attacked the colony and murdered 18 Poles of different sexes and ages who they managed to capture. The victims' buildings were first robbed of everything and then burned.
