In the village of Płazów, poviat Lubaczów, in the period between 1941 and January 31, 1946 Ukrainians murdered: Władysław Obirek b. 1909, Aleksandra Grenika b. 1903, Tomasz Kudyba b. 1905, Anastazja Meder b. 1908, Michał Mazurkiewicz b. 1911, Tadeusz Myszkowski b. 1910, Władysława Wałny b. 1910, Marcin Woz b. 1893, Bronisława Wróbel b. 1918, Piotr Wilhelm b. 1905, Paweł Zaborniak b. 1907, Michał Żukowicz b. 1908, and 10 other unknown people.

End of 1945, [typescript] — Excerpt from the report of the OUN District II of the Zakerzonya Region on the murders in Gorajec […] :
„On December 13, 1944, the Polish Army, which came to the village regarding the contingent, or rather for robbery, injured Wasyl Hołowka, 25. The wounded man was left without a dressing at the MO in Płazów, where he was tortured in an animal way”.

Kureń „Zalizniaka” liquidated 18 posts of the Civic Militia, 30 militiamen were killed and 10 were abducted and murdered. From 43 to 72 people of the Polish civilian population were murdered. These were posts in the following towns: Dzików Stary, Podemszczyzna, Horyniec, Zalesie, Basznia Dolna, Łówcza, Futory, Nowa Grobla, Brusno Nowe, Krowica, Puchacze, Chotylub, Wólka Horyniecka, Zapałów, Bichale, Łaszki, Płazów, and Cewków.
