Paszowa

Excerpt from the situational report of Petr Kawuza 'Ruslan', the political clerk of the OUN 'Chłodny Jar' district, on the murder of a Ukrainian in Paszowa (?) by Polish Army soldiers:
On August 11, 1946, about 30 soldiers of the Polish Army went out from the forest between Ropienka and Stańkowa. They walked down the mountain into the valley. In the middle of the village, they spread out among the houses and continued walking. They found a wedding from which the guests began to flee. The Polish Army fired, killing Josyp Cyc and wounding Andrij Andrusieczka”.
