Ukrainian SS men from the SS „Galizien–Hałyczyna” with the Germans murdered 6 Poles. „The third pacification was made on June 22–26, 1944. On June 22, Wehrmacht and SS «Galizien» troops entered the village, arresting all residents. after the interrogation, some of the people were transported to the camp in Zwierzyniec, and from there to Majdanek, and some to the Puławy county. During this action, the following died: Józef Dziuba (49), Tomasz Malec (49), Jan Pardus (17), Jakub Rogowski (57), Franciszek Żmuda (30), Wojciech Żmuda (60)”.
