Extract from the report of the interrogation of Wasyl Pyłypczuk, a former member of MO in Krystynopol, by an employee of the SB‑OUN 'Wadyma' about the murder of Osyp Pełech from Nowy Dwór by members of the Citizens' Militia of the Republic of Poland from Krystynopol:
„After, at the end of March 1945, Poles in they fully took the militia in Krystynopol into their hands and expelled or fired Ukrainians, began to rob the population and arrest Ukrainians […] In the beginning, they arrested the most around Nowy Dwór […] The first was arrested by Pełech Osyp, a Ukrainian from Nowy Dwór, and murdered during interrogations”.
