The UPA attacked the landed estates, which, after being robbed, they burnt and murdered the Polish population living there; the number of victims has not been determined; These were the estates of: Hruszwica, Humienniki, Józefów, Krzywicze, Nowosiółki, Tudorów, Wołoszki, and Woskodawa.

In Nowosiółki village /estate?/ in Rivne county: „The mother of Stanisława Szewczyk née Kowalska, at the age of 96, was murdered by the Ukrainians in the village of Nowosiółki near Rivne. During the attack of the UPA gang, it was hidden in the crop before the harvest. She had a pillow and a duvet there. Her hiding place was revealed by a dog that broke off the chain and ran to her. One of the sons returned to the village despite the imminent death warnings of some The Ukrainians and buried his mother in the orchard in the carpet”.
