Nienadowa
1951 April 10, Dubiecko — Fragment of the report of interrogation of Julia Kozienka from Nienadowa by sergeant Władysław Jarocki from Department III of the KPMO in Przemyśl:
„After the liberation of Poland by the Red Army in 1945 in the Nienadowa cluster, poviat Przemyśl, an illegal organization of BCH was formed […] This organization, under the command of Dorosz Franciszek, carried out various actions on the Ukrainian population, as well as murders and robberies […]
I can't remember exactly the time, but it was 1945, when I heard that NN Ukrainian was detained and imprisoned in the Baran Wojciech's basement. After a day or two, in the evening, and it was already quite dark, I noticed through the window of my apartment that some people had passed by my house. Being interested in this, I went out into the yard, where I heard the voice of Bal Stanisław, saying to an individual
— «Tell the truth»,
who replied,
— «Give me my life, I will swear» […] ,
and because I assumed that they were leading this Ukrainian Baran Wojciecha held in the cellar to be shot, so I couldn't look at it and headed back home. After returning to the apartment, I told my husband that Bal Stanisław led the detained Ukrainian and they are now standing in the road.
After a few months, my husband went to the forest to break the birch, and after returning to me, he told me that there was a buried man in the Wojciech Baran pine forest. I replied that it was definitely the Ukrainian kept in the Baran Wojciecha cellar”.

1951 April 9, Dubiecko — Report of the interrogation of the witness Piotr Kozienka, residing in in Nienadowo by senior intelligence officer Władysław Jarocki from the 3rd Department of KPMO in Przemyśl:
„After the liberation of the western territories in the area of Nienadowa villag, Przemyśl county, an illegal organization of BCh [Peasants' Battalions — GTKRK] was established, which carried out a series of robberies and murders on the surrounding villages […]
As I recall, the partisans robbed Bachów, from where they returned with loaded wagons, arriving at the yard of Stanisław's Baran and Franciszek's Skrabut. Such trips were made very often, and then it was heard among our population that people were murdered […]
I also remember that in the fall of 1945 or 1946 I was returning home from my father […] When I came home, my wife Julia told me that Bal Stanisław had just been leading some unknown man who did not speak Polish clearly but enlisted in Ukrainian, and he asked Bal Stanisław to let him go, to which Bal Stanisław told him to admit what he is one, Polish or Ukrainian, he will let him go. Going in this way, they went towards Baran Wojciech's pine forest […]
I also heard that once this gang […] went to Pułanki Babickie, where they carried out robberies and murders on one family of Russian nationality”.
