Forester Jan Słoma was stabbed with bayonets with his family and the family of a forester's neighbor (13 people) by the UPA, the forester's lodge and the forester's lodge were burned down.

The Ukrainians murdered a 3–person Slam family in the forester's lodge: a father with a 23‑year‑old son Jan and a 20‑year‑old daughter–in–law Janina, 6 months pregnant. Others: in the village of Majdan near Drohobycz or Zubrzyca near Zawadka, county Turka On March 28, 1943 (September 29, 1943?), Jan Slama, a forestry apprentice born in the UPA, was murdered by the UPA 1920. s/o a forester sent to Siberia.
