In the village of Łupków, poviat Sanok, UPA 'Stach' and 'Brodycz' sotnyas' shot at the Border Patrol Guard WOP watchtower in Łupków and the local militia MO railway post, and murdered 5 Poles, civilians.

Excerpt from the situational report of Stepan Golasz 'Mara', the OUN reporter from the 'Beskid' district about the murder by Polish Army soldiers on Ukrainians in Duszatyn:
„On April 25 [1946] the Polish Armed Forces displaced the villages of Prełuki, Duszatyn and Mików […] They also arrested Fedia Syłka, at they found a military sweatshirt. For that he was shot a few days later in Łupków”.
