On Christmas Eve, the UPA murdered 18 Poles (including the 6–person Bratkowski family) and 2 The Ukrainians visiting Poles during the Christmas Eve supper. There is an inscription on their grave: „The heroic grave of Poles who died on December 24, 1943”.
