Somewhere in 1943, people got up from the Kościuszkówka settlement in the morning and at every Pole's doorstep, under a stone, there was a card with information that he was to leave within 24 hours. People fled. Whoever could take the cattle, whoever could take a piece of bread. It was winter, they couldn't take much with them. Whoever came later to take some more cattle was killed. They killed my friend, Samborska, she was eighteen. She came with her father to feed the cattle. When the others came, they hid under the manger, but found them and killed them together.

Perhaps the murder took place in December 1943. There is also a settlement of Kościuszków (Kościuszkówka) in the area of Lutsk. The raid on the estate took place on October 9, 1943, when 5 Poles, employees of the estate, died then.
