The UPA murdered 3 Poles on a cart: Felicja Masojada, 45, her 80‑year‑old maid, Elżbieta Jeż, and wagoner Kasper Koziński. The teacher who helped the Ukrainians and treated them was hanged alive by the legs on a tree, their breasts were cut off, their eyes gouged out, their insides pulled out. The maid and the carter died similarly.

Others say that Kacper Koziński, his wife Hanka, who was Ukrainian, and their daughter, traveled with Felicja Masojada as a coachman. The UPA sent Hanka and her daughter home, and took Masojada and the coachman, Kacper Koziński, into the forest, hanged them upside down on a tree and committed a beastly murder. The torturers were UPA members from Hryćko Kaszkieciuk, Jan Kulpacz „Tryzub”, Jan Szeluk, Jan Wołoszyn, and Konstanty and Semen Kowalczuk. According to Felicja's son, Edmund, former maid Elżbieta Jeż „Citka” did not go with them. „Citka” – Elżbieta Jeż was an old woman, about 70 – 75 years old, and was no longer a housekeeper or nurse. These terms could refer to an earlier time as a maid. She was associated with the Masojad family from an early age, when she was 15, she was an orphan living in an unheated cell, starving and freezing. She was the caretaker of all the Masojada children from 1898 until her retirement. In fact, she was a respected family member in her old age. She was not murdered together with Felicja Masojada and Kacper Koziński, but somewhere along the way, she was probably bruised and thrown into a well near a burnt Polish farm. She returned to the warm requests of Edmund, who was attached to her, from Rokitno, where „was in storage: at Polish friends Stanisław and Aurelia Duda”. it was probably smashed and thrown into a well near a burnt Polish farm.
