Ukrainian collaborative troops (probably the Ukrainian Self–Defense Legion) pacified, the number of victims is unknown: „On July 31, while marching to concentrate the Independent Partisan Battalion «Skała» [Rock], the units of «Grom» [Thunder] and «Skok» [Jump], under the command of Lieutenant «Wierzby» [Willows], chased away a unit of Ukrainians penetrating in Proszowice at that time. During this period, the victorious strike of the unit of 2nd Lt. «Jaxy» against the Ukrainian SS unit, carrying out the pacification in Janowice. Five Ukrainians were killed then and several were injured. Weapons and ammunition acquired”.

In the German–Ukrainian pacifications (the Ukrainian police and the Ukrainian Self–Defense Legion), an undetermined number of Poles was murdered: „his escapades with bloody pacifications in Książ Wielki, Krzeszówka, Janowice, Skalbmierz, Szarbia and Barbara”.
