Huszyn
A Polish couple was murdered by the UPA: the headmaster Florian Unold and his wife Stefania, a teacher. Their three children: 7‑year‑old Zbigniew, 3‑year‑old Andrzej and the baby went on foot (the baby was carried by Zbigniew) along the railway tracks to Kowel, i.e. 11 km. At the train station in Kowel, the Germans shot Andrzej and the two survivors were taken care of by his godparents and teachers from Cytrycki.
