Hujcze
„Rusyn” Easter – during the night raid, the Banderites murdered at least 2 Polish women and one Ukrainian in the property that belonged to Count Roniker before the war. Sigismud Mogiła Lisowski, who miraculously survived, warned at night by the ghost of his late grandmother, relates: „In the morning, the mother of Music woke us up. She told us what a gang of nationalists was doing in Hujcza. The housekeeper, Mrs. Gajewska, and the maid, Zosia, were there – they were both murdered. In my room, they searched for, broke down a beautiful ash door. Even my bed capsized, they wanted so much to find me. In the morning they also murdered groom Michalec, a Ukrainian. The Ukrainian nationalists had a rule that a Ukrainian, who had a Polish wife and her daughter, had to kill them all. Michalec was a decent man who loved his family very much. He defended her, he was a powerful and very strong man. At the time, Młocki took a full sack of rye as if it were a big ball, and here he was defending his children… I was there later and looked at his cottage. They demolished everything. There was blood on the walls. In the end they killed him, but he didn't owe them either. Before that, he had killed two or three of them. The” Dante scenes were going on that terrible night.

Lisowski states that it was 1943, but it is almost certain that it was about 1944. On that day, the Banderites massacred the neighboring village of Zabura.

Myrosław Onyszkewycz „Orest Karat” gave the order: „I order you to purge your area immediately from the Polish element and Ukrainian–Bolshevik agents. The purge should be carried out in riverside hostels sparsely populated by Poles. To this end, create a militia near the area, composed of our members, whose task would be to eliminate the above–mentioned. Our larger hostels will be cleared of this element by our military units even in broad daylight […] The clearing of the area must be completed before our Easter so that we can celebrate it without Poles. Remember that when the Bolsheviks find us with Poles in our territory, they will slaughter us all […] Make a hard, ruthless fight with them. Not to spare anyone, even in mixed marriages. To take Lachs out of their houses, but The Ukrainians and children in these houses should not be liquidated […] Get the gun. Death to the Poles. Stop, April 6, 1944. Glory to the heroes! Orest, Karat” This order is in the files of the investigation against Myroslav Onyshhevych.
