Hołubie

In the course of the investigation, it was established that in the spring of 1944, numerous killings of the Polish population were committed by Ukrainian nationalists against the Polish civilian population in and around Hołubie. It was a consequence of a large–scale action carried out in the Hrubieszów county, aimed at the physical extermination of the Polish population living in this area. As part of this action, Cyprian G. was also killed by stabbing him about 20 – hundred stabs with a knife or other sharp tool.
