St. in memory of Fr Duszeńko received seven dum–dum caliber bullets, which the Ukrainian police used to liquidate the ghetto, and several stabs. He did not die in superhuman torments only two hours after committing the crime. Other victims of the robbery were also murdered with true Eastern cruelty with knives. The tiny baby in the cradle was not spared, nor was the pregnant woman whose fetus had been torn from her entrails.
