general info
Dolinka
They robbed and burned Polish farms and murdered an unspecified number of Poles. „Grzelak Adam – my grandfather was probably born in Volhynia, and his father came here in the years 1870–1880 from the Turkish county (I don't know the town) in Wielkopolska. They settled in Gurów, in the Grzybowica commune in the Włodzimierz county, in the Zabłoćce parish. Grandfather Adam married Franciszka Piątek. Grandma's parents also came from Greater Poland, near Kalisz, but she was born in Wołyń in Dolinka in the Poryck commune. Her parents were Franciszek Piątek and Katarzyna Grabowska. They had four children. Unfortunately, they both died on July 11, 1943, murdered by UPA” gangs.
