„Investigation of the Institute of National Remembrance, Rzeszów Branch – file no. S 3/06 / Zn – on the murders committed by German state officials:
I. on June 25, 1943 in Siedliska, province Podkarpackie Paweł B., Ignacy B., Ignacy L., Eugeniusz L. and a man unknown by name,
II. on July 2, 1943 in the hamlet of Broniakówka, commune Adam S. Habitats,
III. on September 21, 1943 in Siedliska by Franciszek S., Tomasz W. and Franciszek G.
The course of this proceeding also covered crimes involving the murder of Antoni Cz. on June 8, 1943 in Siedliska, Rudolf A., Józef Cz., Stanisław D., Franciszek G., Władysław K., Stefan O., Rudolf P., Bronisław P., Jan R. and Franciszek S. in on November 3, 1943 in Złotniki, area Mielecki, by officials of the German state. On January 9, 2007 a decision was issued to discontinue the investigation. In the case it was assumed that undetermined officers of the German state had murdered the above–mentioned persons. It was also considered that their actions had exhausted the features of a Nazi crime which was also a crime against humanity”. Sz. Siekierka, H. Komański, K. Bulzacki, when describing the village of Siedliska, do not mention the above–mentioned crimes, and do not mention the village of Złotniki, county Mielec. „The officers of the German state” are a few Gestapo men and a dozen Ukrainian policemen.
