Borysławka
After the Ukrainians were displaced, the UPA burnt the village buildings and murdered 6 elderly Poles who did not leave the village. and: „In the village of Borysławka, 80 to 200 houses were set on fire; the Bandera followers murdered the Polish woman, Magdalena Kryszak. Magdalena Kryszak, Polish born 1912 and living in Borysławka. During the German occupation, she signed the Volkslist. after the arrival of the Red army in 1944, as a Volksdeutschka, she was arrested and exiled into the USSR. after her return, she was murdered by the SBOUN militia, without interrogation on the absurd accusation of the potential possibility of contracting a venereal disease, which she would contract during exile in the USSR. The hypothesis that M. Kryszak, defending herself against rape by members of the SB‑OUN militia, gave them false information about venereal disease seems more probable. The persons responsible for the murder were the regional clerk of the SB Region «B II», alias «Roman» and clerk of SB Nadrejonu «Chołodnyj Jar»”.
